This system of Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice reiki course which supports healing and personal development.  

This Reiki course is 2 day immersive way of learning how to put a disciplined spiritual practice in place and how to become more intuitive within yourself. 

It works on developing core energetic strength, refined self awareness and energetic awareness.   

Reiki is not just a modality but a system. 

A system that offers:   

-Reiki precepts which give us spiritual guidelines to reflect upon.   

-Reiki meditations which help us reconnect to our inner power.   

-Hands-on healing which brings us well being.  

-Symbol and mantra work which help to balance and ground us.   

-Attunements which are used as energetic blessings.   

All of which supports us in being healthy, happy and whole. 

This modality and system set me up with the tools and structure to cultivate:   

-Good Boundaries   

-Refine self awareness  

-Lean how to ground down and into my heart  

-Activated my “inner knowing”  

-Offered incredible tools to cope with life’s stresses .

This system literally changed my life and unlocked the door to realising through feeling that there really is so much more then what we see, how we think and even how we feel.
