Service Description

The 2 hour 'Complete Stress Relief Package' involves a 30 minute Ayurvedic Vata Kizhi Massage (prescribed according to your dosha &/or condition) to release deep seated tensions that block the flow of your natural healing pranas (energies). It is followed by a 45 minute Abhyanga Massage which uses personally prescribed herbal oils to induce therapeutic actions on your physical, emotional and mental centres. The 2 hour session concludes with a 45 minute Shirodhara Spa Treatment to bring about sublime relaxation and deep healing on the inner most levels. Usually $285, Save $90 as a package
