Zen Taoist Tea Ceremony

The Zen Taoist Tea Ceremony is a powerful, yet gentle way to experience the health benefits of meditation, mental clarification, deep relaxation, and community. Benefits of regular practice include the ability to engage the parasympathetic nervous system, activate the body’s meridians, and promote balance and harmony in the mind and body.

The Zen Taoist Tea Ceremony is a centuries-old tradition of using tea to awaken the senses and promote clarity of mind. With the guidance of your experienced Tea Master, participants explore the Zen & Taoist realisation of living in harmony with Self, nature, and the Cosmos. Through this ancient practice, we learn to use tea to cultivate inner peace and spiritual growth.

Our Tea Master honours the ancient Taoist & Zen Chinese and Japanese tradition of sipping tea as a pathway to mindfulness and a deeper connection to the Self. Using the finest organic and chemical-free Teas from around the world, our Tea Master will guide you through a meditative and calming tea ceremony to help bring peace and clarity to your life.

Having Meditated on Retreats with exemplary Buddist Masters including the Dalai Lama; Chogye Trichen Rinpoche (the Dalai Lama's Master); Lama Choedak Rinpoche; Zen Master Hogen Yamahata (Dharma Brother in direct Zen lineage of Thich Nhat Hahn); and trained with tea Masters in the lineages of Master Tsia Yi Zhe, and Master Golden Water, your host offers an authentic Tea meditation experience.

Join us for a unique experience that will leave you feeling energized, relaxed, and connected.
