Service Description

Our stress relief package consists of a 60 minute whole body Ayurvedic herbal massage followed by 30 minute Shirodhara (the continuous pouring of medicated oil on fore-head). In addition to relaxing the body and calming the mind, the whole body massage will help to remove physical and mental toxins by improving circulation and increasing healing hormones like endorphins. The Shirodhara will deeply relax you on both a mental and physical level. Herbs are used specifically suited to your personal dosha (constitution). Relaxation Scale 9 - Healing Scale 9
