Postural Assessment and Range Of Motion Assessment are used to determine the best course of treatment. In a ‘therapeutic massage’ treatment the therapist aims to address muscular tension in the body, improve muscular skeletal range of movement, decrease pain and discomfort and generally improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

Therapeutic massage treatment encompasses a range of modalities.

Therapeutic massage may be of benefit for the following conditions:

  • Headaches

  • Back Pain

  • Stress mental, emotional and physical

  • Rehabilitation post injury or surgery

  • Pre and post sports event to improve recovery and reduce risk of injury.

  • Muscular Tightness aches and pains due to poor posture and repetitive tasks.

Often remedial techniques are incorporated with more soft tissue relaxation massage style to create a well balanced therapeutic experience.

Each treatment is tailored to suit the clients needs, all techniques and methods used are discussed prior to treatment.
