We all need balance in life. Not too much, not too little. Finding

balance in everyday life and cultivating presence are keys to our

future well-being. Minds and bodies crave balance. Balancing

life aspires to a focused, attentive state of mind – one that is

alert, but also calm and relaxed.

Everybody can benefit from introducing more activities into their

day that encourages mindfulness, relaxation and meditation.

Body^Soul Yoga is an enjoyable way to rebalance a too busy

life. It provides an opportunity to reset your focus, prioritizing

what really matters.

Yin Yoga is a graceful style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Taoist yoga practices from China also included yin-style poses in the Taoist system of "Internal Alchemy"—practiced for the purpose of improving health and longevity

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is called the Yoga of Awareness, its main goal is to put you in touch with your true Self, joining your finite identity to your infinity potential. It combines all facets of yoga, a class combines asanas (postures), mudras (hand seals), pranayamas (breathing exercises), mantras (setting a vibration through chanting), bandhas (body locks) and much more. This practice affects directly the nervous, endocrine, respiratory and circulatory systems, bringing harmony and enhancing the efficacy of the body's mechanisms. On a subtle level it increases self-esteem, confidence, will power, intuition, patience and compassion. As a complete practice, Kundalini Yoga is like a special formula designed to obtain fast results in a short time."
