Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is not a religion. When we apply the technology of Kundalini Yoga to our bodies and minds, it has the effect of uplifting the spirit. It is for everyone. It is universal and nondenominational.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.


My bio:

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for about 12 years and I can honestly say it has completely transformed my life. I have completed my teacher training in 2016 with the intention and passion to share this empowering and transforming technology with everyone. I believe that the breath is the basis of good health and well being, so I put a lot of emphasis on teaching how to breathe properly and how to control the breath to heal, rejuvenate, elevate and balance our emotions.

HARMONY Yoga - Thursdays

Jake offers a deeply restorative practice, designed to bring harmony to Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul and to align thoughts, actions, feeling, and being.

Each session starts with a heart-centering meditation so when we start to move the body we bring that love from the heart into your physical form and then radiate that love out into the world.


In the practice you are encouraged to listen to your body and express the openings your body needs, to find freedom in the body so your loving energy can flow freely providing deep healing for you and others.


Using a variety of movements from Yin poses, traditional forms of Yoga and Qigong, this practice is suitable for all levels and ages, the only requirement is to be present as possible, with an open mind, then we can open our hearts. In the spaces between thoughts, we can let the heart sing!

This class is for those who want to give themselves self-care, compassion, appreciation, and acceptance in every breath.
